Right due to a rather idiotic error on my part (having a trip during freshers week oops) the Barcelona trip looks to be running the week before Monday 15th September to Thursday 18th September at a cost of approximately £130-40 for flights, flyer and accommodation. A day less than before due to the Friday flight not getting in until after the flyer has stopped running so we'd be stranded for 3 hours at the airport!!! Arrive Monday evening, spend a few days doing various things and come home Thursday afternoon. Offsetting carbon emissions included in the price. Transport to and from the airport at both ends will be included, inclusion of other expenses TBC.

Mixed dorm hostel accommodation in a central location for 3 nights and possibly breakfasts (TBC)

Wide choice of art galleries, museums and other tourist attractions to see (e.g. Barca FC) including the Picasso Art Gallery and a half built cathedral! Prices start at €1.75 up to around €13 (football thing is the most). Also the beach, shopping, plazas, footballers, sun, tapas and of course the nightlife :) SANGRIA!!!

Currently estimating around 20 places although this depends on interest so let me know please!!

In association with Arts and Media week, our Grand Annual Exhibition '08 will be running for the next week in the Brunel Suite on the 1st floor of the Student's Union. Entry is free and open all day every day.

Our opening evening, which will see the announcement of the 'Best Portfolio' award in our Grand Annual Competition, starts at 7pm tonight, with prizes announced at 8:30. There will be free drinks and nibbles, along with a complete display of the fantastic competition entries. Hope to see you all there!

We've been working on a shiny new Constitution for the society! Its there to make sure we do what you, the members, want and the current one simply isn't up to the job.
