Just to remind everyone that the AGM is this Monday (27th April) at 1 pm in the White Bear.

Check out all the positions you can run for on the wiki (http://www.ubuphotosoc.com/wiki/index.php?title=Committee). And the only real requirement for any of these jobs is enthusiasm. So get involved and help give PhotoSoc another great year!

Hello everyone!

It's that time of year again where we need to elect a new PhotoSoc committee for the next year. This year's AGM will be at 1pm in the White Bear (on St Michael's Hill) on Monday 27th April (second Monday back).

This year PhotoSoc has come on leaps on bounds and has done a lot of great stuff. I also think that there is a lot more that can be done and that we can make next year even better! That's where you come in! We need you to get involved and make those changes to make it even better. The only real requirement for any of these positions is enthusiasm! It doesn't matter if you're a regular attender of PhotoSoc events or if you've never been to one in your life. Equally unimportant is photographic skill. It doesn't matter if you're an amateur, semi-pro or even pro or even if you own a camera! We just need a group of keen people to help keep the society running and introduce their own take on it. Not only is it incredibly rewarding to do any of these jobs but it also looks great on your CV!
